Submission Guidelines – Aitoz Multidisciplinary Review (AMR)

The Aitoz Multidisciplinary Review (AMR) invites authors to submit original, high-quality research manuscripts in various disciplines. Authors must follow these submission guidelines to ensure a smooth review and publication process.


1. Manuscript Submission Process

A. Online Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the AMR Online Submission System [Insert Submission Link].
  • Authors need to create an account and follow the step-by-step submission process.
  • All required documents must be uploaded in the correct format.

B. Required Documents

Each submission must include:

  1. Cover Letter

    • A brief summary of the manuscript’s significance.
    • Confirmation that the work is original and not under review elsewhere.
    • Any conflicts of interest disclosure.
  2. Manuscript File (Main Document)

    • Must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format.
    • Ensure author details are removed for double-blind peer review.
  3. Title Page (Separate File)

    • Title of the manuscript (≤ 15 words).
    • Full names, affiliations, and ORCID iDs of all authors.
    • Corresponding author’s email and phone number.
  4. Figures & Tables (If Applicable)

    • High-resolution images (PNG, JPEG, TIFF, 300 DPI).
    • Tables formatted in editable text (not as images).
  5. Copyright Agreement Form

    • A declaration that the authors own the rights to the submitted work and agree to Creative Commons licensing (CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-NC 4.0).
  6. Ethical Approval (If Required)

    • For studies involving human/animal research, include ethical clearance documents.

2. Manuscript Formatting Requirements

  • Language: English (clear, professional, and grammatically correct).
  • Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.
  • Page Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins.
  • Citation Style: APA (7th edition) or IEEE, depending on the field.
  • Word Limits:
    • Research Articles: 5,000–8,000 words
    • Review Articles: 4,000–7,000 words
    • Short Communications: 2,000–3,500 words

3. Peer Review Process

  • Double-Blind Peer Review: Authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
  • Initial Editorial Screening: Manuscripts are checked for scope, formatting, and plagiarism.
  • Review Timeline:
    • Desk Rejection (if unsuitable): Within 2 weeks.
    • First Review Decision: Within 4–6 weeks.
    • Revisions & Final Decision: Within 4 weeks after resubmission.

4. Ethical Compliance & Plagiarism Check

  • Manuscripts must not exceed 15% similarity (checked via Turnitin/iThenticate).
  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have institutional ethical approval.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be declared in the cover letter.

5. Post-Submission Process

  • Authors can track their manuscript’s status via the Online Submission System.
  • Upon acceptance, authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication.
  • Published articles are indexed in institutional repositories, LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS for long-term archiving.
