Author Guideline
Author Guidelines – Aitoz Multidisciplinary Review (AMR)
The Aitoz Multidisciplinary Review (AMR) welcomes original, high-quality research from various disciplines. Authors must follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission, peer review, and publication process.
1. Manuscript Categories
AMR accepts the following types of submissions:
- Research Articles (Original empirical or theoretical studies)
- Review Articles (Comprehensive evaluations of a research topic)
- Case Studies (In-depth analysis of specific cases)
- Short Communications (Brief reports on significant findings)
- Book Reviews (Critical assessments of recent books in relevant fields)
2. Manuscript Preparation
A. General Formatting
- Language: English (clear, professional, and grammatically correct)
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (with PDF)
- Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced
- Page Layout: A4 size, 1-inch margins on all sides
B. Structure of the Manuscript
A standard research article should include:

Title Page
- Concise, informative title (≤ 15 words)
- Full author names, affiliations, and ORCID iDs
- Corresponding author's email and phone number

Abstract (≤ 250 words)
- A summary of the study, including background, methods, results, and conclusion
- Keywords (4–6 words/phrases) separated by commas

Introduction
- Background, significance, and research objectives
- Relevant literature review and research gap

Methodology
- Research design, data collection, and analysis methods
- Ethical approval (if applicable)

Results
- Clear presentation of findings using text, tables, and figures

Discussion
- Interpretation of results, comparison with previous research
- Limitations and future research directions

- Summary of key findings and practical implications

- APA (7th edition) or IEEE citation style, depending on the field

Figures & Tables
- High-resolution images (300 DPI) in PNG, JPEG, or TIFF
- Tables should be numbered and formatted in editable text

Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- Recognition of funding sources, contributors, and institutions
3. Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: Must be ≤ 15% similarity (checked via Turnitin/iThenticate).
- Authorship Criteria: All listed authors must have substantially contributed to the research.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships affecting the study.
- Human & Animal Research: Ethical approval and consent documentation must be provided if applicable.
4. Manuscript Submission
- Submissions must be made via the AMR Online Submission System.
- Each submission must include:
- Cover letter (highlighting the manuscript’s significance)
- Main manuscript file (without author details for blind review)
- Copyright agreement and conflict of interest declaration
5. Peer Review Process
- AMR follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process.
- Authors will receive:
- Initial decision within 4–6 weeks
- Reviewer comments for revision (if applicable)
- Final acceptance after necessary revisions
6. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- No submission fees.
- No publication charges (Fully Open Access).
7. Post-Publication Policy
- Corrections & Retractions: If errors are found, authors can submit correction requests.
- Archiving: Published articles are stored in institutional repositories, LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS.
