Article Processing Charges

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The Aitoz Journal of AI Research operates under an open-access model to ensure that high-quality research in artificial intelligence is accessible to everyone, without any subscription or paywall restrictions. To cover the costs of publication and maintain the highest standards of academic excellence, we charge an Article Processing Fee for accepted papers.

APC Fee Structure

We have structured our APCs to accommodate different submission needs:

  • Regular Submissions: $100
Covers the standard editorial and peer-review process.

  • Fast-Track Review: $200
For authors requiring expedited reviews and decisions within two weeks.

  • Student Submissions: $75
A discounted rate for submissions by students. Proof of enrollment is required.

  • Low-Income Country Waivers: Authors from low-income countries may apply for a full or partial fee waiver.

Why We Charge APCs

The Article Processing Charges cover essential services, including:

  1. Editorial and Peer Review: Coordinating a rigorous review process with AI research experts.
  2. Publication and Hosting: Ensuring your article is professionally formatted and hosted on a secure, high-performance platform.
  3. Open Access Accessibility: Enabling your research to be accessible to readers worldwide without subscription fees.
  4. Digital Preservation: Long-term archiving of your article in trusted repositories.

Open Access Policy

As an open-access journal, Aitoz ensures that all published articles are freely available to the global research community. This model supports:

  • Global Knowledge Sharing: Your research can reach readers and researchers without restrictions.
  • Increased Impact: Open access often leads to higher citations and visibility.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments are required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
  • We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
  • Refunds are considered only in rare cases, such as errors in the editorial process.
